Elixir & Stratocaster
Alari 11.08.2020
Bought a Stratocaster about 4 months ago and kept the default factory string for the first 3 months. Decided to switch to Elixir about 1 month ago and ohhhhh.. it's such a wonderful feeling. There's a huge difference between tone sound (Elixir 1, default strings 0), bending & sliding feels a lot more comfortable (Elixir 2, default 0). When I was looking for a new set of strings, Elixir looked a bit pricy compared to alternatives but my friend (a long time player) also recommended these, and I am so glad that I took his advice and decided to buy these. 10/10, if you're thinking "should I or should I not" then let me make the decision easier for you: Yes you should.

Once you go Elixir :)
Fenomenho 08.02.2019
Using my guitar both for gigs and practice sessions, durability of these strings goes way beyond any others that I tried before.

Tone sounds just right, slideing is awesome, but the thing that amazes me the most is that these strings look and feel the same as the first day (better to say second day J) even after months of usage. To tell you the truth, I even stopped using string cleaning products.

They are a bit pricier than the competition, but as far as I'm concerned, they are worth every penny - not mentioning that you can save some money on not using string cleaning products.

Long lasting
Gum Gum 19.12.2020
These are the best strings for electric guitar in my opinion. in past years I have used D'Addario strings I have used Earnie ball strings but to me, Elixirs are the best. They last long, sound good even after a year of use. I would recommend these only.

Best strings I have used
Explorer 04.05.2018
These strings hold their sound quality and tune longer than any I have ever used before. Less string noise when you slide also. I cant go past them. Only con is they are more expensive than most strings. But like alot of things, quality costs money and I find that I am probably saving money as I dont have to buy strings as often. Love them
