Warranty process takes 1/3 a year and they don't mention this anywhere.

Customer service will lie to you for as long as possible before you receive your item back. They will refuse to provide you with an realistic timeframe of when you will expect it back.

I'd go with other retailers if you are looking for the same headphones.
