Cordless power for pedalboards...

I like this power supply. Why you ask?

Well, because of the following reasons:
- It's a rechargeable battery, so once fully charged you don't need to plug it into an outlet.
- Also, battery power means no issues with hum coming from the mains power
- It has three 500 mA outlets to power digital pedals + a USB out so you can even charge your phone!
- it's quite compact, so easy to fit on a pedalboard

Surely, it can't be all good?
- True, I can't understand why the power button is placed where it is. It is placed on the back, which prevents you from placing it up against the edge of your pedalboard. To me, it would have made more sense to place this button on the top of the device. But all in all, a minor niggle.

Conclusion?

From the jp-01 to the jp-04, Joyo finally made a good power supply with no hiss or high pitched daisy chained sound, it's truly isolated.
This is the best power supply for the money, highly recommended.

Update: I just found out that it's not totally isolated. If you crank your amp all the way up with a digital pedal (remember to roll out the volume of your guitar), you may hear the high pitch noise.

This has been serving me really well for the last ten years without any fault! I have two of them beneath my pedalboard, I did a ton of busking sessions with them and they just keep giving me the juice. I always keep them charged, never ever got even close to draining them not even after hours of busking. Besides they are reasonably affordable. If I had to change something I would make them slimmer and would make the blue lights tiny, it's a bit annoying to turn them off every time. But for me, this is the best battery rechargeable power supply!

Cheap and does exactly what you want it to!

Having the extra USB is great when you need to recharge a phone or wireless system.

Having the voltage and MA choice is also very handy for those harder to power pedals.

Won't be going back to mains supplies after using this.

Great little device, it can power my 4 pedals (OD, Noisgate, Reverb and Delay) for countleyy hours with one charge, I can go through a handful of full rehearsals without having to recharge it. The leds help me see if I'm plugging in the right connectors and just look nice generally.

I havent noticed any noise while using it either. It can also charge phones or anything via USB which came in handy more than once already.

I can run my pedals and even a small amp wherever I go, on the park, on a beach! And you can even charge your phone.
The only con (-1 star) the outputs are NOT shielded.

I am very impressed with this one! It doesn't bring any noise even if I charge the battery while playing. The flexibility it provides with a few 500ma outputs and a USB output for this price point is amazing. I just ordered a second unit for another pedalboard build.
