Excellent build and stability
Nydex 11.02.2022
You get what you pay for. It's a very sturdy, stable stand that I can safely trust my expensive MIDI controller with. Definitely feels like it can take quite the load, at least 4x as much as my controller actually weighs. No complaints whatsoever.

Heavy, but sturdy!
Soulhenge 27.05.2021
It's not a light stand, but it's meant to be stable, which it absolutely is. You have to consider that, the lower you want the stand to be, the wider it gets, so at a certain point your synth won't be able to be carried anymore. However I have found perfect heights for both sitting in front of the synth as well as standing.

Cheap, but does the job
Mellema 28.02.2023
Awesome stand for the price. The rubber feet at the top are a bit too slick to hold anything light in place, but that's easily solved with a bit of rubber and zip-ties. All in all, a sturdy stand for little money

Quick buy

I needed a stand for my Novation launchkey 49, so this was first to catch my eye. Well, it's cheap, but it also does what it should. On the negative side, it is a bit slippery when holding the keyboard, but it is ok. I'm not planning any stageshow...

I required a reasonably good quality stand at the right price for my M-Audio Axiom 49.
This really is an awesome purchase considering it's budget price range. It is light, versatile and stable in use. In other words it can't be knocked over without significant force, which can be important when surrounded by very enthusiastic band mates..
I particularly like the way the mechanism for height adjustment works, basically it allows you to set it to any height, rather than the usual selection of 3 or 4 set increments and the rubbers on the ends of the support bars keep my keyboard from slipping around.

P
Superb and easy keyboard stand, big enough for big keys
Princent 01.12.2020
I use this for Arturia's fullsize 88 MKII keyboard. They keyboard is quite heavy but the stand handles it with no problems. The vertical holders with rubber pads is also deep enough that you have good margin - which I use for holding cables, both front and back. So no risk of easily pushing the keyboard off the stand.

I see no cons - maybe some would say the weight but for me that is a plus!

I use this stand mostly for keys, such as a Crumar Mojo 61 (one manual organ/piano). It serves this purpuse very well - sturdy, easily adjustable. Always been sceptical about X-stands, thought them wobly and unreliable, but this one, with its doubble-X, changed my mind. It's fine, and it seems to last. I haven't used it with very heavy keys (15-20 kg +), but it would probably handle it.
One thing to take into account is how much space you need for pedals, if you're sitting down. I mostly have two (rotary to the left, swell to the right). I'm fairly tall, and there's space for my knees, but only just.
