Poor quality and service from Thomann

This item developed a fault a few months after purchase. I sent it back for repair. I sent 4 emails and 2 messages via the thomann website to ask about progress and did not receive one single reply.

It took thomann 5 weeks to repair and it was returned with a new fault!

I think therefore the item is not of great quality and neither is the service from Thomann.

I would choose another item instead....and another retailer!
