Item never showed up - tracking number did not work

I would love to rate this but the item has never shown up and the tracking number does not work.

Thomann need up their delivery systems otherwise I will take more business to Amazon who deliver when they say - not take an order mark it as complete and then let the customer try and figure out what is going on.
