Universal Audio Volt 2 USB Recording Studio

I primarily bought this one for the plug-ins that come with it. Especially those UJAM ones I've been looking for a long time. Ableton Lite is a nice one too. But this one has some weak points. First of all its 5V USB A power cable is not working. If connected to my Macbook through a USB A to C converter (original apple one) it won't work. I bought a new adapter to connect it directly to wall plug and it still doesn't work. As I searched a bit on internet, I found that other people have this problem too. Cable is trash. It works only with USB C cable directly to the macbook but it drains the energy. If it was not the free plug-ins, I wouldn't buy this one. Another point is; I have a 250 ohm headphones but I don't think this interface can fully handle the impedance my headphones requires. I see no difference from my old m-audio fast track usb interface at the same volume levels. Hardware looks and feels nice btw if it makes any sense.
