This is a very lightweight case but unfortunately this also seems to make it a bit fragile.
Pros:
The case is light enough to carry around comfortably for a long time. It's also much sturdier than a gigbag and should offer good protection for most everyday situations.
The case is a perfect fit for my Burguet guitar (as it should be!) and will also be a nice fit for similarly sized guitars. I also think it looks really nice, it's a very classy design.
Cons:
The case seems a bit too fragile to last very long. The lid was already mis-shaped when it arrived. It seemed to have been forced closed in a slightly wrong position from the factory. As a result the metal edges along the lid and the body of the case didn't line up properly. I had to use considerable force to make the lid line up properly with the case. I also had to us force to get the claps into their closed position. Not good. I fear something may eventually break because of this. Hopfully the lid will regain it's correct shape when left closed over time with the lid in the correct position.
The case is also not sturdy enough for extensive touring in my opinion. Great for everyday use but I would never use it for air travel.
I also think the compartment for accessories could have been bigger. I don't expect a tight fitting case like this to have room for scores or other larger items but it would have been nice it the compartment was at least big enough for the carrying straps.
Also be aware that cases of this type, with rings for attatching straps at the back, can very easily scratch wooden floors when laid flat on the floor.
This case will be adequate for my needs and I'm reasonably happy with it. I would however not buy the same case again. The misaligned lid tells me that quality control isn't good enough and that the construction may be too flimsy to last very long. I had expected more at this price.
I love Burguet guitars. Their cases... not so much. I think there are better options out there.
