Autobahn A3 toward Nürnberg, passing Würzburg take Autobahn-exit Schlüsselfeld, then head for Burgebrach. You'll pass Treppendorf.

Or from Munich

Autobahn A9 toward Nürnberg, then A3 toward Würzburg, Autobahn exit Pommersfelden, past the village, head for Steppach / Burgebrach, then Treppendorf.

or Stuttgart

Autobahn A81 toward Würzburg, then take Autoban A3 toward Nürnberg, then same as directions coming from Frankfurt.

or from northern Germany

Autobahn A7 toward Würzburg, then same as directions coming from Frankfurt.

or Berlin

Autobahn A9 toward Nürnberg / Bayreuth, then A70 toward Bamberg, exit Bamberg-Zentrum and, shortly thereafter, take the B22 toward Würzburg / Burgebrach. Drive through Burgebrach, after about 2 km you'll reach Treppendorf.
