Exceptions
Only exceptions are products specially made or modified for you (e. g. custom cases), items that are subject to wear and tear or products that cannot be taken back due to regulations of hygiene (e.g. used reeds for woodwinds) or licensing (e. g. already registered software).
If you are not 100 per cent happy with an item you ordered from Thomann, get in touch with us and we'll initiate the return. Within the EU, Switzerland, the UK and Norway, Thomann will assume the cost of return deliveries.
How does this work?
- Please select the function "return item" in your customer centre. You'll receive all information necessary for returning your item.
- Of course we still receive return wishes via E-Mail or telephone.
- Please ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging, with all components and accessories and without signs of use.
