Been using these both as guitar and speaker connectors for more than 15 years so far. Not a single one broke or bent. However, this could be due to them not accommodating larger diameter cables, so the cables themselves remain relatively light. This could be considered an issue for some, but if I have to haul 60+ meters of cables to rehearsals or gigs, I prefer them lighter. If I am to run around the stage, I'll use wireless (where I also put Amphenol connectors) so I'm still waiting for them to break.

4 stars just because they're on the smaller diameter side and can't please everybody, otherwise if it was only for me - 5 stars.

best bang for money

These are pro quality, robust built and much better than any budget plugs, or EOM plugs cable manufactures use. only disadvantage is classic strain relief which isn't comparable to the Neutrik system, and CAN fail.

Excellent choice for pro guality instrument cables, and for home/studio use, but for giging on regular basis you should still buy Neutrik.
