Ich nutze das Fell auf einer 13" Edelstahlsnare mit Guss-Spannring.
Es lässt sich sehr einfach stimmen und wenn man es hoch pitched bekommt man einen knackigen, volumigen Sound heraus, der für Hip Hop, Funk oder Rock gleichermaßen funktioniert. Eine Dämpfung benutze ich nicht, beim Spielen enstehen für mich keine störenden Obertöne oder Frequenzen. Die Qualität des Felles ist ebenfalls gut. Es hält lange, auch wenn man in einer etwas härteren Gangart spielt.
