This audio interface sounds really great and detailed. It really solid and heavy. I love the send/return for each channel for connecting other device (like compressor or fx unit). The plug-in mixer is absolutely practical and intuitive... easy to use!

My new go-to interface
jackinvox 27.05.2024
A Focusrite Clarett 8PreX has served me well as my interface for almost 10 years. Having recently purchased a newer MacBook Pro, I wanted a second smaller interface to use as part of a portable recording rig.
The iD24 seemed to check off all of the boxes.
Compact: √
Lightweight: √
Rugged all-metal construction: √
USB-C powered: √
Great preamps: √
Two headphone outputs: √
JFET instrument input: √
Flexible routing: √
The ability to use the iD24's scroll wheel to write automation is a big bonus.
Suffice to say, the iD24 has now supplanted the Clarett as my interface of choice for 90% of my work.

Nice modern sound interface, but it makes a popping sound when I power it on :(
Gaer 24.12.2023
The build quality is nice – an all-metal chassis. The sound is abrasive, precise, and colder compared to an SSL 2. The dealbreaker for me was that it makes a popping sound when I turn it on. I'm afraid it might damage my studio monitors, so I'm returning it. My trusty SSL 2 interface doesn't do that.

Great portable sound card
Anonymous 30.06.2023
Got this to have a bus powered sound card with ADAT for use with a modular live. Really well built, decent headphone volume and happy with latency. Pre amps are really good and great to have inserts for outboard gear. Instrument input on front is really handy too. All in all, for the price, I think the feature set and quality would be hard to beat!
