Babicz FCH 4 AM Bass Bridge C

This resolved a number of issues I was having in setting up my bass. For me it wasn't a simple swap as most of the holes didn't line up perfectly due to the original bridge not being a standard hole pattern. This meant filling two screw holes and drilling more then making the string through holes in the body inline with the bridge. Not a major issue if you have the tools and ability but something to be aware of, my advice is to remove your old bridge first before ordering this to see if the holes are in a straight line.
I am very pleased with the ease of adjustment this gives me and the ultra low string height it allows, I no longer need a neck shim to get my action as low as I like and the spacing seems much more even than on the old bridge.
I have it fitted to a Godin Freeway 4 bass which benefits a lot from this upgrade, tuning is much more accurate and quicker now too.
It's a little pricey but I think it's worth it, my bass is so much nicer to play now !

Bought this Babicz Bass Bridge for my Fender USA Jazz Bass, which is string through the body. Fitting was surprisingly easy, with the old bridge coming off and the Babicz screw holes fitting exactly in the same place. It looks and feels solid and good quality. Setting up the bridge saddles was easy with the provided instructions. I also took the opportunity to set up intonation and action whilst setting the bridge up. (Google was my friend for this!). I would recommend this to anyone with a Fender USA Jazz wanting to upgrade the bridge, and those wanting a Badass bridge - these Babicz bridges look and feel the same quality, if not better. Very happy with this purchase. Delivery was the usual standard as expected from Thomann, I love the tracking alerts.
