Good accessory, confusing installation

This cushion/sheet music pouch is very nicely made, and it fits my 2200XL Bam Panther Hightech viola case. Sheet music seems to be perfectly secure in it.

However, there are no instructions on how to put the cushion onto the case, and I still have no idea how to do it correctly. I can't find any info anywhere on the internet. If anyone has a photo tutorial or something, please share!
