Better than expected
Hogbelly Simm 16.03.2022
This Baton Rouge X11C/P-SCR parlour guitar with its top of solid Canadian cedar and mahogany back and sides is a remarkable little guitar. Its parlour size makes it really easy to handle and its low and easy action makes it a joy to play. The intonation is spot on and the resonance for such a small guitar is phenomenal. Its voice makes it ideal for blues but it can easily handle any kind of genre and is particularly responsive when finger picked. At its current price of £193 I think it's exccelent valie for money.

Great!
Matej Tatamata 10.09.2024
I wanted a smaller guitar, apart from my Yamaha Ll16 which is great but it's big and loud, great for strumming, not quite for couch fingerstyle playing.
So what i wanted was: smaller guitar (parlor), wider neck (46 mm is perfect), cedar or mahogany top (for darker tone), shorter scale, no pickup (I'll probably install K&K pure mini one day, like in my Yamaha).
That being said - this guitar is just everything I have dreamed of. Light, small, nice sound, perfect for my fingerstyle blues...
I just removed stick strings, lowered the action a little bit (although it was pretty OK), put some Elixir 11 and that's it...
If you are searching for same things, dont hesitate - just buy one!

This is 100% best buy guitar in this category. Perfect sound, super playable neck, finishing on neck, on fretboard and body is extraordinary, all together it looks, feels and sounds like something that costs 4 times more..I can only recommend this Baton Rouge to everyone!

Bon compromis
Orkan13 02.10.2022
Bonjour
