A decent enough copy of the original
Moses Quest 26.08.2020
In purely functional terms, this is quite a basic module, but does the job it is intended to do, and does it well. The multis do as multis should, and I like the horizontal layout as every other multi I own is vertical. The gates function correctly, although I’ve not really found too much time to use them for anything exceptional as yet. Hooked up to a 2hp Turing Machine they produced a few interesting trigger effects, and the inverse gates offer some interesting rhythmic options.

The overall build quality is surprisingly good. This is a sold enough unit despite being mostly plastic. Not exactly an equivalent to the quality of the original Roland modules or the System 500, but for an entry level product it’s very well made.

If only they’d sort out their release schedule a bit, so more of the promised modules were actually available, I’d be happier. There’s a sequencer-shaped hole in my rack currently, with no delivery date in sight.

An excellent addition to your rack!
Monkeproggs 01.10.2020
For the price this module is fantastic, well built and clear markings.
The Multisection features 6x4 multiples and should last a long time (just don't forget to buy cables). All 3.5mm jacks. They are built well and feels sturdy.
The gate switches are also an great addition featuring both High-Open and Low-Open trigger points. And they are fast. Well done Behringer.

j
handy gates not really boring
johnnny 23.06.2020
using this module is quite straight forward.
the multiples do what they say and work fine.
I sent my Neutrons VCO?s through it
and triggered the gates with the Neutrons LFO?s
It worked great , I am sure there are lots of other ways to use this module. Looking forward to finding out

Works as expected and is versatile beyond just being a mult
SynthNation 29.04.2022
I really find this so much more useful than the knuckles and other signal splitters. Plus it has inverters along with the gates. Of course it doesn’t have ADSR, but for what it is and the price, it’s an indispensable tool. Thinking of purchasing another.

Interesting component of the System 100
BigP 15.03.2024
If you're building a full System 100 or space is no issue you probably want this, but if that's not the case you probably want to think about it. There are more efficient options for multiples, and though you can do some interesting things with the gate switches they are pretty experimental.
