Behringer KXD12 Ultratone

I joined a band as a keyboard player and this amplifier was just what I needed. Not only does it have great volume, but the built-in effects are also really handy. Later, I bought an electric guitar which sounded great with the effects such as distortion. It has loads of functions too.

I used this amp as a monitor for my Yamaha DTX700 edrums, all I can say is - fantastic..

The drum bass sound is so full and loud, you will never hear any picking sounds or clipping even at full volume.

The only downside is that its quite heavy, and the cable connections are located at the back, but thats minor.

The best part is it has a built in equalizer, so you can shape the sound very easily.

I would probably recommend this amp to my friend...

I use this for small gigs and rehearsals. I've not heard a keyboard amp that is as clean as this. The price is amazing for what you get. 4 stereo inputs and a basic graphic are really useful.

Its built tough although the knobs are a little vulnerable. Much better than any Roland keyboard amp and half the price.

As soon as I turned on the amp there was a hum and a and crackling noise which lasted around a minute then disappeared. I thought maybe it was just the 'newness' of the components. Seemed to be okay for about an hour into my first gig when it let out an deafening hum and crackle through the PA system. Immediately returned. Quality control obviously not been used in the case of this amp. I have been a Thomann customer for over 10years but nearly 15 days since returning it to Thomann I still have not received my refund.

Without a little bit narrow bass sound, it is high valid product for not expensive price.

I use it for my Nord Electro and it handles all the sounds really well, huge value for money and a very affordable price
