beyerdynamic EDT 150S Ear Pads

I am old school when it comes to headphones and the beyerdynamic DT-150 are the best and to complete the package these ear pads make my cans sit so comfortbally when in use for audio/sound engineering.
Worth it to change when the old ones have done their job
Great headphones and the Ear Pads complete it.
No cons its all pros as these are the business

The original ear pads for my DT-150s had started to leave black marks on my ears and shirt collars, so I was wary about the quality of these replacements, but I needn't have been. They actually feel better than the original set, which admittedly have been on the headphones since I bought them more than a decade ago. I'd also read that it was hard to fit replacement ear pads to the DT-150, but I didn't find this difficult at all. The padding in these is really excellent and I can wear them for hours without discomfort.

I just got them around one month ago. And both sides are splitting inside already, by the line where it’s glued together. Garbage. And it also means I can just throw the DT150 headphones into a garbage bin too. All replacement ear pads I’ve tried, including this official ones, is just waste of money. I can’t comprehend where the good reviews are coming from, and how the brand can not value their reputation to sell this to their customers. I have doubts that I would be buying anything from Beyerdynamic again.

Keeps my 20+ years headphones alive. I've replaced the ear pads a couple of times on my DT-150s now and It's great to have such really available replacement parts from Beyerdynamic... easy to replace and great quality, makes the headphones feel like new again.

my favourite headphones get a real trashing. They are constantly used and abused and the ear pads need replacing from time to time. If you don't tear the pads, the material can still start to peel so either way, you need to replace them. After you have replaced them, your headphones feel like new and I'm extremely grateful that lots of spares for the DT150s are always available. Makes it a great purchase when you can keep repairing and using your favourite set.

I was lucky enough to get some DT-150 phones free with a purchase, used but full working order. The pads were sticky and smelt of hard studio time! These were pretty damn expensive for what they are but I didn't mind so much as the cans themselves were free. They are good quality and should last I hope. No sign of deterioration since purchase. (A couple of years)

Frightening to think of how much I've had to spend on these over the years. Even with light use the plastic band that attaches them to the headphone comes away from the soft ear cushion far too easily. I dont know how Beyer have gotten away with this design for decades.... means they sell lots of replacements though!

I found those pads a bit difficult to get onto the phones I thought I was going to tare them but once I got them on they looked and felt great. Much better than having to buy new headphones.

It felt great to have my loved earphones after they became useless. Great quality, easy to setup. My earphones are just like new!

I replaced these pads on my DT150s twice, then I found a non-original spare part that is much more durable! I have had them for years now and they still don't wear out...
