After a long session with my saxophone it takes about 5 to 10 wipes to dry my neck and mouthpiece.. The material is fine and it dries fast but i think it needed just a bit more material so it can do a better and faster job.

Fine, but not for clarinet mouthpiece
David795 07.11.2013
BG swabs are great, and this is like them all. But, it claims to be suitable for clarinet mouthpieces, and in my opinion it is too big. I'm looking for something that puts a minimum of pressure on the sides and rails of the mouthpiece, and I find that BG's standard silk swab is a much better choice.
For alto crooks and Eb Clarinet bore, I'd say this is fine.
