Good quality but a bit disapointed by the sound

The pedal looks solid, usual good built quality from Boss.
It's easy to use but the sound is a little too aggressive and messy for me. I've read a lot of reviews from people who love it and I know a lot of famous artists are using it (I'm a Frusciante fan), but I'm having a hard time find a setting I really like, it always sounds to "artificial", almost "robotic" or "digital", not warm enough to my taste.
Yet I'm not giving up on this pedal, I feel there's potential so I'll try a little longer to tame it !
