This has been my mainstay guitar for 2 years and I love it to bits. When I first bought it, all I wanted to do was be Guthrie , but since then, I ended up writing a dissertation on bebop (a lot has changed). That is to say, this guitar has served me well for every creative endeavor that I pursued with it. It’s like a strat, but better and actually so much more than that. You could easily go through jazz school with this (which I plan to do) or you could go be a shred guitar god like Guthrie. It really is a guitar for life and I couldn’t see myself doing what I did with anything else

This superstrat does it all

Charvel's speed neck hits that sweet spot, feels fast but still has enough thickness for comfort.
The humbucker's single coil emulation is very good, much better than a coil tap and being an HSH setup you can get any kind of tone you want.
Locking bridge + tuners has almost floyd rose level tuning stability, it should hold if you don't go crazy with the trem. (you can also ask thomann to check the nut if cut properly).
Weight is what you would expect from a strat and the satin finish feels good on hand.
Charvel MIJs are made by Fujigen (same manufacturer as Ibanez J.customs and Prestiges) so expect top shelf build quality.
I personally like the aesthetic it's going for, very classy. Just keep in mind that wood grain pattern of the actual instrument you will receive will differ from the pics.
Thanks to thomann for the quality check and setup of my instrument before shipping it out.

Always wanted to try the GG signature guitar but over 3k for the USA version is just a bit too much. But this MIJ version let me try GG Signature in a more reasonable price.
Top craftsmanship, quality parts, great sound....etc.
