If you are investing is a 4038, it's well worth the extra money to get these mounts. The Coles don't actually come with mic stand mounts in the box, so you either have to hang them with elastic, or buy one of these.

Solid design and very effective, well worth the price.

It would be wonderful if they somehow made the adapters built into the Coles 4038's, but I'm sure they have a reason not to. Anyways, life gets easier having these.. make sure to get this version that has the built-in shockmount.
