I've been using Cordial cable for quite a long time now and I've never been disappointed.
I upgraded my home studio and having bought an 8 channel interface I needed to run cables from my music space to my desk. For the price of a few XLR cables I figured a loom would make things tidy and organised.
A few months ago a bunch of friends and I converted a barn into a recording studio for a month residency and we used this loom to reach the drums. It proved being very useful, organised and made the patching to the interface so simple.
Although the connectors are Rean branded, it's a very sturdy, well built loom with very clear sound. Cordial quality is there and this is a trusted piece of gear!
I've got only two things I would like to see improved:
- As per a lot of comment, I too think that the colour coding could be revisited and made brighter, clearer, more intelligible. However minor an issue it is, it's tiny details like this that can spoil the experience and prove being super annoying.
- I would have liked a 10m version (or longer). Essentially a cheaper and less bulky stagebox.
