Daddario XLR8 String Lubricant&Cleaner

It sort of does what it should, clean and protect the strings. But not as good as the GHS one. It leaves the strings over coated with product. And the fact that is so small makes you want a replenish too soon.

Not satisfied at all, it is a dry piece of foam, see no difference after application.

I bought this as I hate changing strings and although I sometimes use coated I do need to clean in between sessions. This did the job at first but it didn't last very long, of late I have opted for the double ended string cleaners that has a harsh end to remove the serious rust and then a cleaner that keeps lubricated for a long period, again the XLR8 is good but it don't last long.

Ok so I got this free with some d'addario strings. It is a bit of a faff remembering to use it before and after playing but it does seems to clean and protect the strings to an extent. I didn't find any noticeable benefit from doing it before playing as it didn't seem to do much in the way of lubrication.

Non conosco molti prodotti per poter dare un valido giudizio, sembra efficiente, non so la durata.
