Als "hauptamtlicher" Tubist soll ich ab und zu auch auf die Posaune umsteigen. Dafür ist dieses Mundstück hervorragend geeignet. Mit dem kleinen Kesseldurchmesser fühlt es sich immer noch wie ein Tuba-Mundstück an, ist aber insbesondere in den höhrenen Lagen für die Bassposaune wirklich leicht in der Ansprache und bringt einen obertonreichen Sound.
Der Rand ist ein wenig schmal, was etwas auf die Stabilität der Töne geht, aber die Beweglichkeit fördert.
Auf meiner B-Tuba ist der Bereich zwischen Grundton und 1.Oberton mit dem Mundstück etwas "dünn".
