A must have strap!
Adam O. 26.07.2015
If you are looking for a secure and comfortable strap, this is the strap that you need to own. The strap lock system is a breeze to install, and the clips on the strap are extremely secure. I feel very assured the strap is never going to fail me.

The strap lock system is compatible with all guitars. The strap itself comes with two sets of screws; one set for Fender style guitars, and the second set for other manufacturers such as Ibanez. These screws are slightly longer than the standard screws that come with your guitar. This offers an increased level of security.

If you are debating about whether to get the 50mm wide strap or the 80mm wide strap, go with the 80mm. As an owner of both, I can honestly say that the 80mm is more comfortable. The wider strap noticeably spreads out weight, and thus the stress that is being exerted on your shoulder.

Well worth the investment

Excellent guitar strap system for avoiding preventable 'accidents' if you tend to get excited on stage or if you use an old strap which is starting to get loose around the strap button.

I bought this thicker version to help spread the weight over a larger area of shoulder. Hopefully this will reduce fatigue when using heavier guitars (or basses) and neck dive whilst using light body guitars.

Once you have one of these straps you can buy additional (much cheaper) cliplocks which are essentially this kit but without the strap. You can then use your existing strap with other guitars (look for DD2201BK).

It's easy to fit or remote the strap and takes less than 5 minutes with a standard phillips screwdriver.

Beast of a strap!
Localzen 19.03.2021
Got this strap for my new Harley Benton 8 string because I wanted the extra width to help distribute the weight of the guitar more than a more narrow strap would. After 2.5 hrs of playing in one sitting, my shoulder still felt amazing.

I'll be listing my pros only since I have zero cons!
- It's incredibly comfortable.
- Installation was a BREEZE. Unscrew old strap pegs. Choose one of the two included screw/bushing sizes that matches the existing holes. Washer>strap>bushing>screw>BOOM. Repeat. Done.
- Honestly it just looks sick also. Minimal design, simple logo, all black, sexy straps, you can't go wrong.

it's a strap
Guitartron 15.08.2021
It's a strap, it is a bit wider, which is nice for the bass that I have it on. So it does its job, It is my first DiMarzio clip lock strap but depending on how it wears, it will not be my last. I do usually go with strap locks and a strap but this was a bit cheaper then that solution and very nice. Easy to install and well so far so good with the whole bass not falling off the strap. So thanks guys so far you have not let me down at all... awesome!
