Easy to install and works as it should.
However, I didn’t check the dimensions of this pot, and had to extend mounting hole in the guitar. And you might want to be careful soldering ground wire to the pot. While soldering, I might have damaged the pot and now it can be turned in never ending circle (it still works though)

Smooth, fast and reliable.
jorgemosquerad 25.06.2021
If you are looking for smooth and fast operation, firm switching, no noise and no loose signal, DiMarzio pots will please you beyond expectations.
I used two on my guitar, a master vol with phase shifting and a tone one with Parallel/series switch. They couldn't work any better, and I consider myself hard to please. I never like anything.
I've had it worst installing other push/pulls in the past, but these DiMarzio were a walk in the park. Although I admit that bigger soldering points would be more confortable.
I will always recommend these pots.
They have nothing to envy CTS or others.

Nice Feel
Briano 04.12.2013
I used this pot for the "push pull" feature. I was able to split my humbuckers to single coil when the knob was pulled out. It worked great. A really nice feel of torque to it when turning the shaft, and firm soft but solid push and pull action. Very durable. NOTE 500k for humbuckers 250k for single coils.

Nothing to complain about
Paramite 03.12.2022
These potentiometer aren't abundant, and this is my first one, so i won't compare it to anything. I haven't done the something either, so I don't know if the design is any bad. What I can say for sure, that this thing works perfectly. Sturdy, no cracking or additional noise. I'm using it for about 4 years and nothing has changed, even though our kids like to fiddling with it as well. If you need a switchable potentiometer, don't look any further.

Bit overpriced
Defaoiteclan 13.04.2018
They work fine. If you havn't used them before, be aware they are relatively small for soldering. Bit overpriced as you can get the same thing for about half the price from Farnell or other electronics outlets online.

Do their job

It's a nice pot. Sounds well wherever I tried it.

It can be a little brittle, though. Be careful when installing.

Also, be aware that the Asia made guitars have smaller holes in them. If you want this pot installed, you must enlarge the hole. Pencil and sandpaper do magic, though (be careful not to chip off finish pieces and use some thin sandpaper; I wouldn't start with anything less than 250).

Does the job!

Bought this to coil split a replacement Dimarzio humbucker (which came with several wiring schemes for split / out of phase etc). Went for the series/parallel option. The switching is noiseless and the volume pot shaft is reasonably stiff - better than my old pot which used to vary on its own.

Poor quality.
vibes71 15.05.2017
The builtquility is very poor. Of the 4 pots I ordered, two of them are already broken after 6 months of normal use (one has no sound when at max (push or pull) and another one you can turn beyond 10 ! They were installed in a Les Paul with a Jimmy Page wiring...I will replace all of them with better quility builts. They will be ordered from Thomann, ofcourse ;^)

Great Disappointment
Anonymous 07.08.2016
I bought 2 of this push/pull pots to install them in a Les Paul model with Seymour Duncans. I decided to install the in both volumen buttons.

At the begining I had some problems with my soldering iron and the melted tin didn?t adhere to the pot. When I finally conected all the cables and plug in my guitar, one of the pots started making noises.

Tired of the situation, I decided to take the instrument to the Luthier and he told me after a examination, that it was a "cheap" pot and the instense temperature damage the internal circuit.

Conclusion: one of the pots thrown out to the bin and replace and any significant change in the coil split sound.
