The Doughty T20105 Hook Clamp Extra Long has a solid build. There are no screws, washers or wing nuts that attaches the fixture. You need to get these elsewhere.

The hanging of the Hook Clamp is easy, and the wing bolt that tightens to the truss is easy to handle without any tools. It bends lightly to the back (to the side where the wing bolt is) if the load is decently heavy ~7kg.
