It's bouncy, head the size of a tennis ball and weighs about 220g all in. Works well on all gong sizes. Probably better for more intimate gong play than filling a big space. I really like it.

With very little effort, the most amazing tones can be gained from this mallet. I have a 32" chau, 36" TOL Water and a 24"wind. Works well with them all but so amazing my water gong

These Dragonfly RSMS Reso Medium Gong mallets are great.
I first used one of these mallets at a weekend Gong Workshop, where there were about 12 gongs of various sizes, materials and manufacturers. No matter what gong was played this mallet seemed to bring out a nice range of tones.
A very good allrounder of a mallet, hence why I bought this one.
