Duesenberg Fullerton TV Vintage White

First off: all credit to Thomann, particularly Luise Obernitz, Sabina Smolka, Gregor Milewski, Melanie Schmitt and Graham Hooley - these guys are all amazing and deliver a world class service. DHL messed up the shipping and my Duesy eventually arrived 8 weeks via in Dubai via Cairo and Bahrain, with a wet and damaged guitar inside. Thomann arranged a pickup and return as well as a replacement - it took some time and these things happen and the replacement arrived in perfect condition, perfectly intonated and in tune! The Duesenberg Fullerton TV sounds even better than my Custom Shop '59 VOS reissue - this thing is amazing. The range of tones from those Duesy pickups is astonishing. The workmanship is faultless and the styling is massively appealing and unique. This guitar cuts through a mix with a bark and snarl when needed, and a sweet resonance and drips lusciously when you coax it out. The tremolo IS as good as you've heard about - a genius of engineering. Go Thomann and go Duesenberg - you guys are a credit to Germany!
