There's a reason so many players use Jazz III picks, and that is because they're awesome. I used these for years, during which the only problem I ever had was that they tended to slip from my fingers every now and then while on stage. I ended up switching over to the Tortex Jazz III picks.

My pick of choice

Feels nice, precise and sounds great. It still wears out pretty fast which is a bummer considering the price.

Take your pick!

I have been playing for 20+ years and I have been using these picks for the last 18 years.
I find them easy to use and enjoy the accuracy they appear to give. This is obviously a downfall if your playing is slightly more 'laid back'.
I play many different genres of music and I use these for all electric styles. I do use other picks for acoustic/folk/Bass.
The only problem I have is that quite often you have to file the top of the pick down as sharp/annoying bits of plastic are left after manufacturing. Not a big issue but annoying if you do not have a file handy.
