Some bevels are not quite symmetrical but a little work with 600 and 1000 grit sandpaper and a magnifier rectifies them. The polishing it does also makes them flow a bit more smoothly over the string. Aside from that they last long, each tip gets only one third of the usage so three times the lifetime overall.
They grip well, sound great, don't resist too much or too little, flex just the right amount. Sometimes I use the 0.88mm for somewhat more harmonics but the firm 1.0mm has a solid feel against those thick bass 40-100's strings (I play 9-42's on my six-strings for comparison). Buy lots of them before the price increases again.
Ultex is the most advisable pick material.

Cant go wrong with Dunlop picks

You just cant go wrong with dunlop pick there is so much variety that there is a perfect pick for everyone. I prefer ultex because of their sound. They give me much more pick sound which i prefer because i use a lot of flatwound strings on a bass, but when i use pick i prefer to have more pick/string click sound to cut through mix a little bit more. I think they last more than tortex.
