I'm a shredder guitarist and these looked like an interesting alternative to the standard red or black jazz III plectrums. The material has slightly more grip and feels a bit softer. The big problem I found that the tips rounded off the ultex very quickly compared to its siblings. As a pick designed for accuracy this is a big problem and cancels out its purpose straight away. Tone wise there is nothing to write home about, sounds like every other plastic pick. I think for the price you are better off sticking with the red and black jazz III picks as they are readily avaible in shops and ultimately are more durable than these Ultex offerings.
