Squeaky squeaky!
Neil F 03.03.2019
One star for size - great that this volume pedal is small and takes up very little pedalboard real estate, but after couple of days use, the squeak kicks in...!

This is the second Jim Dunlop Volume X Mini I have bought, the first was returned for the same reason - squeak, squeak, but I thought I'd give it a second chance...
Again, after two days use, the same flaw - a loud squeak on the toe down, and a loud squeak on the toe up - I don't know if it's the hinge or the 'Low Friction Band-Drive'(!?), but I've heard enough.
I might not be surprised if this cost 39¤ or so, but not from something that was 150¤.

I really wanted this to work for me, but I guess it's not to be - back to my oversized Lehle volume pedal...oh well...

You can't put velcro tape onto the underside for your pedalboard, because it won't stick to the rubber down there. You'll end up with a weird sticky mess that is hard to clean off.

Who makes a pedal, that can't be attached to pedalboards?

The cry baby feels great to use somehow, it moves smoothly with very low static friction. The volume pedal on the other hand feels pretty bad compared to that, which baffles me since both are from the same brand, and both are supposed to be high quality devices, right?

Pretty disappointing.
