I replaced the stock set of strings on an Alvarez acoustic baritone as the guitar was a bit lifeless. The bass was too muffled until I put on the Elixir strings. Now the guitar sounds clearer - just as much bass, but more defined. Normally Elixir strings need to be played in to stifle their initially over-bright tones, but the lower register meant the baritone sounded great straight away.

Good sound for weeks

Probably for recording there are some strings that sounds better, for 24 hours. This set sounds 90% for weeks. Highly advisable
