EXACTLY WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR!

To put it plainly this guitar is wonderful! Construction is near perfect , very few blemishes bar the odd speck of paint which has bled into the binding.

I mainly use this for home playing with a fender mustang V head. The neck is lovely and smooth although gloss finished, the access cutaways work well however there is still a small bit of bite from the corner of the neck joint which can become a bit painful after a while playing higher frets.

In terms of clarity , I can't fault the guitar. The Seymour Duncan pickups cut beatifully , the bridge slices through gain with intense clarity , the neck however, is a small bit muddy when pushing higher gain. However this may be due to my amp being a solid state modeller.

Pros:
Beautiful flame top
Great build quality
Awesome Picksups
Light
Comfy slim U shaped neck

Cons:
Neck joint is a bit hurtful after a while (rounded corner is still a bit sore)
Tuners hold tuning averagely better than some , but I will admit I have had cheaper guitars with import tuners that held better and weren't locking tuners. Not bad by any means.

The EC-1000 is a Korean make guitar, but don't let that discourage you. It is made with quality in mind. The guitar has a nice set neck and a beautiful amberburst finish with a flamed maple top. It sports some nice passive seymour duncan pickups (JB/'59 combo) opposed to the EMGs in most of the other EC-1000's. The locking tuners on my particular model are Spertzel, but I believe they have ESP locking tuners now. Both kinds work very nice and keep the guitar tuned well. It has 24 frets and two volume controls and one tone control. The body, neck and headstock are wrapped in a nice creme binding and it really makes this guitar aesthetically pleasing. The abalone inlays around the neck, headstock and as the fret markers finish this guitar up and make it one marvelous looking guitar.

Very good quality from LTD

I have received the guitar in Ukraine after more than 1 month...postal services in Ukraine are not one of the best...
But, lets get over this. The guitar looks amazing, I couldn't find any cosmetic faults on it, I have studied it all day long, it came all set for playing, I didn't need to adjust anything, and it has a nice smell also :)). I am not a pro player, but I have started playing guitar more than 25 years ago, so I know what I am talking about. The guitar is made in Indonesia, this is not written in guitar description. But for me it does not matter, as it is quality build.
Seymour JB/59 pickups.. I guess it is nothing more to say about them.
And by the way, the body is made by 3 pieces of glued wood, but the guitar neck is one piece from one edge to the other, I couldn't find any bonding marks and the wood print goes from one side to the other.
The bonding between neck and body is very nice ,you almost miss it if you don't look carefully, and you cannot feel it at your hand, it feels like one piece.
The only issue I have found is that the pickup toggle switch is not perfectly centered to the hole, but you cannot see that from any position.
I am very pleased of my purchase!
***Later edit
The guitar is perfect, no faults found on it, the finishing is perfect, the sound also. Very happy with this piece of art!
