Doesn't fit on the drum

The level 360 Technology is working backwards, preventing the head from fitting on to the drum, since the collar is way too wide. The drum hoop will not touch the flesh hoop of the head at any point. This head will not fit on any drum with wood hoops. (Unless the wood hoop has a beveled edge on the inside, which 99% of wood drum hoops don't have)
