Evans E-Ring 16" Clear 2

This really simple product does a lot to control and shape your Tom tone. For me, it took out a lot of the sustain and made my Tom punchier. Not necicerily a good thing or bad thing, but it it gives me options, even to throw the thing off mid song! I'm currently using this with a Remo ambassador, tuned low and it sounds great.

Well made, fits well to the drum. My only criticism would be I would like the ring to be more visible so you know in an instant where you've put the thing, if you've been juggling kit pieces around. Obviously the Evans logo does help, but being a clear piece of plastic it does self camouflage fairly well.

Best of all it's cheap as chips! Well worth a go.

(I bought a Melenium fusion pack for the sizes and then this as a seperate for my two down, one up Tom positioning, so a mix and match worked well)

Purchased this recently for my 16" floor tom and it's been amazing! The floor tom needs a good low tuning and this product has worked wonders for live gigs!

I was using moon gels before I got this and didn't get that perfect sound but the Evans E-ring was just what I was after!
It sits perfectly on the drum head and gives you that much sought-after low note & sound!

An amazing product from Thomann and I would recommend it to other drummers whose after sound quality & durability!

Needs good care as not to bend it while transporting but overall only pros for the E-ring as it would give you that near perfect drum quality sound!
