Nice guitar but overvalued

I am EVH fan and I bought this guitar because it is relatively accessible from price point of view. I am very happy with the sound but finishing is poor for the price, fretboard edges are not polished and frets can damage/cut your fingers, I have some issues with pickups, selector was not according specification, neck bridge didn't sound, I send to Thomann guarantee and thomann manage to solve the issue but still after 3 month I have no idea what the problem was. would I buy it again? yes, I like the sound and EVH, but expensive for poor finishing and issued.
