I bought it as my main amp for anything(practice, small gigs-medium sized gigs) and it does the job more than well!
I'm a big fan of the blackface sound and this one crushes all of them. I even sold my Deluxe Reverb amp, because the Princeton just sound better.
Pros:
-it's small and not so heavy(keep in mind that is a tube amp)
-the sound it's just the one that comes to mind thinking about a blackface
-the reverb it's fantastic
Cons:
-not so good for transporting, as with all tube amps
I play mainly jazz and some blues, and for this style of music it's really the best that you can get! I 'll recommend buying it if you're looking for that blackface clean but on the edge sound with a great sounding reverb. And with a great customer service that Thomann provides, it's worth the try.

Classic amp -- Good sound!
Matthew3022 27.04.2015
Fantastic amp. I use it exclusively for recording in my recording studio, although it's loud enough to play gigs in small clubs. Nice warm sound. The spring reverb and tremolo can get you a fantastic 60s vibe and if you use it in creative ways you can get newer sounds with it too.

Cool throwback with all the classic vibes
no5leep 09.03.2024
The Fender '65 Princeton Reverb reissue is a cool throwback with all the classic vibes and modern perks. Its compact size packs a punch with lush reverb and sweet vibrato effects. Whether you're dialing up dirty blues or clean tones, this amp delivers with a versatile range. The 10-inch Jensen speaker keeps things clear and articulate without overwhelming. While it's not the loudest, its responsive dynamics make it a blast to play at any volume. It's a timeless piece that nails vintage Fender tone while staying reliable for today's players.

It says "Fender" on the front but you don't want to look inside!
10HoleBlow 04.10.2020
Something is wrong with Fender. Perhaps the need to produce is stronger than the necessity to control. This brand new Princeton arrived dead. Upon inspection a loose wire leading to the loudspeaker was found. Couldn't check the sound, gave it one star. I no longer trust this amp, end of story for me.
