The Fender bridge is an excellent replacement option for the Squier Vintage Modified Jazzmaster. Right out of the box, the build quality is impressive, feeling solid and well-made. Setting the intonation was straightforward, making it easy to dial in the setup perfectly. The bridge adds a noticeable improvement in tuning stability and overall playability, making it a worthwhile upgrade.
However, the price is a bit steep considering it costs about a quarter of the entire guitar’s value. While the quality and performance are top-notch, a more affordable option would have been ideal for Squier players looking to upgrade without investing too heavily. That said, if you’re committed to getting the best out of your instrument, this bridge does deliver a significant improvement.
