Everything you need
RicardoVic 03.12.2021
That's it: this amp comes with everything you need. First, this amp delivers the proper deep sound of bass. My experience with practice amps smaller and cheaper than this one is that they just can't give the low frequencies and that vibration that feels all over your body. Second, as a modelling amp, it comes with a wide selection of different amp sounds. On top of that, it comes with many effects. And to keep everything easy, there are the presets, that is, combinations of amp+effect(s)+amp settings+effect(s) settings. Modelling amps without presets will not give you the tone you look for unless you know very well how to combine amps and effects and to choose the right settings. Here, you just select a preset and everything is set automatically so that you get the tone you wanted to. Put other way, you don't need to know much about effects and amp settings to get great tones. I imagine that very experienced players with large collections of amps and effects at home might feel a bit annoyed or jealous that it is now so easy to get the right tones. Indeed, anyone can get them as they are available in the amp out of the box and, on top of that, many more can be downloaded - at present there is a total of 86 presets. The conclusion is obvious: for less than 200€, you get the equivalent to thousands and thousands of euros in amps and effects, and this medium sized box saves the spaces of many metric cubes of amps and effects. The Rumble LT25 rival is the Rumble Studio 40; this one costs almost twice as much; the main reason for that is more power, which you don't need if you play at home; and with wi-fi, bluetooth, and more keys, it is easier to play around with different combinations of amps and effects because you can do it with your mobile phone, whereas in the case of the LT25, you need to plug a laptop to the amp. You can of course change settings, amps and effects directly on the amp, but the screen and extra keys in the Studio 40 makes that much easier. But if you just want to get the right tone and choose different presets without caring much about creating your own presets, than the LT25 is more than enough.

M
Master of sounds
McKind 24.09.2022
Preface. I personally have my sound in mind. It took a (long) while to find how to make that sound real, but after 30+ years of playing, it's almost there... I bought this modelling combo for my son, to give him the opportunity of exploring all the possible sounds (and noises...) a bass could make, without a long line of pedals, effects, preamps.

Result: he's happy about it, experiments a lot, has fun and all in all, the amp brought in new enthusiasm. As for me, I'm now using it to rehears on Jamulus.

As usual, let me go through pros & cons, starting with the former ones

PROs
- Amazing array of sounds (honestly, some of those will never be used) which are more than enough to span 99% of music genres. Consider also that, on top of the 30 presets, you can download 20 more using the dedicated App.
- Easy to find and shape new sounds: thanks to the combination of 20 amps, 11 effects, 7 modulators, 3 delays and 5 reverbs -each of these with its own settings- the possible combinations are infinite. The suggestion here is to do it via the TONE App on your computer, as on the small screen on the combo is a bit cumbersome, though still possible.
- Easy to modify quickly a preset using the analogical knobs.
- USB digital output: great thing, but be aware that the aux in won't converge in the USB out. Result: you have a single line out for the bass, but not an additional one e.g., for the microphone. I solved this using a UMC22 interface where I plug in the mic and the LT25, via the headphone output.
- Lightweight (but with an 8" speaker it's easy to be lightweight).
- it is loud enough for studio and (quiet) rehearsal; for gigging it could be mic'd.
- I almost forgot... the built in tuner is a very welcome extra feature
- UPDATE - I updated the Firmware and it worked flawlessly.

CONS
- No bluetooth: you can control the amp via USB (and your computer) but not with your phone or tablet. This is a limitation on a stage. But this amp is not made for stage.
- The speaker is too small, a 10" would be much better: the sound is thin.

So&sos
- Before swapping to another preset, set all analogical controllers (gain, bass, mid and trebles) back to noon, otherwise, once swapped, whatever set they had, will be reset to neutral (=noon), but the physical position of the knob won't be at noon.
- The foot switch (which is NOT included) is not very useful, as it only allows you to change between 2 presets.
- No line out, but the headphone output serves well as line out.

Summary
This combo is perfect for beginners, but I honestly see interest from mid level players too. As a modeling amp, you can play around the several presets and shape your sound in ways that are objectively impossible on a normal amp, even if your rig accounts for pedals, effects and preamps.
If this is what you are looking for, then the Fender LT25 is for you. The digital connectivity is also a plus (i.e., for online rehearsing)

U
Great little practice amp
Ubie990 27.12.2021
I bought this amp to be my main practice amp for in my appartement. Don't be fooled by its small size, this thing packs a punch. I used it both as. a regular amp for my bass and (if I don't want to wear headphones) as a monitor for my Roland e-drums. It works wonders for both.

There are a crazy amount of sounds you can get from this little guy. Some are a bit too out there for my taste but it's great to just have a totally different sound by just turning the preset knob, great to get the creative juices flowing. Also the build in tuner is super handy.

Are you looking for a small, light practice amp? I totally recommend this one. The Fender Rumble line has always been great, and this is no exception.

a
awesome amp
aly28 24.05.2021
This is my first amp and I cant compare it with much but it's pretty amazing.
The sound is really nice, enough low end and overall really balanced, the majority of presets sound okay and the options for customization are abundant and pretty easy to use. Once you get used with the menu and know it a bit the amount of tones you can get out of it and how fast you do it make this a great amp.
At 25W and with the 8inch speaker this thing is more than powerful. I only use it at home and rarely turn it up more than 25%. I can imagine it will easily do jamming sessions and small gigs.
I've also tried recording it through the usb and the quality is pretty decent even compared with my sound card.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this amp for home use, especially for beginners. It will do justice to your bass!

Little powerhouse!
A.J.K. 31.12.2020
The Fender rumble LT-25 is what I've been searching for for years for playing at home. The sounds in this little box are fantastic! You can get pretty much every tone you ever wanted out of this. At home I play many different styles of music, from metal to fretless, and this little amp can do it all. Don't let the 8'' speaker scare you away. It has plenty of low end and a very well rounded sound. With a wide variety of amp models and effects you can spend hours crafting sounds. I would have no problem recording with this amp. In a live setting it will not hold up volume wise, but I don't think anybody expects that. This is the quintessential practice/studio amp. For home use this will be the last amp you'll ever have to buy.

A nice amp
Embla 04.12.2020
Ok, the amp is nice, you can use it at home and mabey even small gigs but what is really nice about it is the ability to make effects with the Fender Tone app. they have pretty many pedals to choose from and when you?re done putting them together you can upload it to the amp and even name it and it just looks like any of the other presets.

Very happy
anile 11.07.2022
Everything is great. I'm loving variety of modes/effects - don't need extra pedals. It's not heavy and doesn't take a lot of space. Sound is also amazing. There is absolutely 0 complaints for this Amp and I recommend it to every beginner or someone who wants an Amp without buying pedals
