Decent quality

It's hollow - I would have preferred it to be solid but I don't think i'll have any issues once it's screwed into place.

The template is a nice addition.

You can get cheaper ones but it's worth the money if I'm honest.

Exactly what you would expect

No frills here, this is exactly what you would expect. Sturdy and made of thick plastic. A bit expensive in my opinion for a piece of plastic and two screws, hence the four star rating. Got it for my Fender P bass to give it a more vintage look since the pick guard had pre-drilled holes for it.

Fender Bass thumbrest

I fitted this to an old Fender Mustang Bass I had. The original was missing but the holes were there, and it was a perfect fit so no Messing about drilling etc. It's not a solid piece of material and could be over tightened, bending the sides so take care when fitting, but it does the job and looks good.

Great vintage look

I bought this for my Fender '62 reissue P bass project and it looks the part. Very robust too. The supplied screws are substantial to hold the thumbrest firmly in place on the pickguard.
