I bought it just when it came on the market and the first impression was that "why this thing is so expensive?" but now the price is cool. For small acoustic amp with built in battery and bluetooth there's no better choice i had street ex which can't even compete with this amp i had roland ac40 which is much more better than street ex but still far away after fishman. The sound is clear and it's loud. One of my favourite's specially when the price is lowered :)

I am a classical guitarist, i use this amp for busking.
The sound quality is very good, i can describe it as "warm" sound. It is also very loud, it can get much louder than i need. No problem if i play on a busy street.
The battery is a beast. I dont need to worry about charging the amp everytime i go to busk. It can go 20 hours with medium volume.
The Bluetooth works fine, although the signal was lost when i moved some meters away from the amp.
It is also a little heavy - 10kg -, i carry it with a trolley.
The amp is very strongly built, i dont worry about damaging it.
I definitely recommend it for busking, and i believe its a very good choice for this price.

For acoustic guitar, it's a perfect match. adding the battery makes it super comfortable playing anywhere at home or outside. Love the ability to also play BT via the amp, serving as my sound system for the laptop and phone. I would most definitely recommend this product.

Better than I expected!

I needed a battery powered acoustic amp as I play ukulele with a local club and often play instrumental parts within the group. I also play acoustic guitar and the Fishman reviews persuaded me that it was the one for me. I was not disappointed, the tone is superb and both guitar and uke sound great through it. I also play electric guitar in a band so thought I would try my electric guitar through it. I didn’t expect it to sound special but was amazed that it sounded so good through an acoustic amp. For small band gigs, I now use the Fishman and also put a vocal mic through it, which also sounds great. So, I got more than I expected when I bought an amp to play my ukulele through. It gets so much use now and I wouldn’t be without it!
