The roasted maple neck is very cool and comfortable.
I'm not the greatest fan of the aesthetics..but , their JB model doesn't have a neck carve, and is more expensive, so i went with this one.
With mine i can see it is not perfect, in the intonation department.. but for what i need it for.. it gets the job done, after a good setup.
Plus, it is very light and fun to play.
Maybe they'll launch an upper tier model, perhaps even a 5 string...
I'd definitely go with such option.
it's not a bad buy, but sometimes i wonder if i shouldn't have tried the JB model 1st.
I wish Thomann carried the Japanese-made TinyBoy brand.
i'd definitely splurge there.
