Looks absolutely impecable. Feels like a high quality rack, excellent craftmanship, very good materials. Great LCD acces, every info you need and beyond. Link and feed the next slot, save and recall, everything via LCD pannel, great. I gave it 4 stars for "general satisfaction" because it sounds excellent only when it is compatible with the modules you put in it. Elysia Xfilter worked and sounded great in it. Elysia Xpressor was unusable - some weird buzz noise (not hum, I suppose the digital rails were involved) came from Xpressor when not in bypass, with digital switches that are next to every slot ON or OFF, no matter the slots involved. The module have no problems, it works in an old Bento 6 just perfect. So, Xfilter (newest revision with blue pcb) worked beautiful (sounded great , no noise besides regular one - measured with RME Digicheck, uncompressed -144DbFs scale), Xpressor (an older revision with green pcb) was so noisy that it was unusable. Power consumption with two stereo (4 mono) - quite power hungry modules - involved was not even at 25% from 2A maximum,at 25 degrees Celsius. If the modules are compatible, I really recommend this equipment.

CS
Rack für 500er Module
CHERRY STUDIO. 31.10.2020
