Fredenstein Bento 6SB

Ich nutze das Bento Rack für selbstgebaute Neve Preamps und bin sehr zufrieden.
Die Verarbeitung ist super. Es war sehr sicher verpackt und die Leistung mit meinen Preamps stimmt auch.

negativ: Zuvor hatte ich das Bento 2, welches auch Klinkenbuchsen für die Ein- und Ausgänge hatte, die fehlen hier leider, wenn man zum Beispiel mit dem Instrument direkt in den Preamp gehen möchte.

positiv: Die Drei LEDs zeigen gut an, ob ein Modul nicht richtig läuft, d.h. zu wenig Spannung bekommt oder nicht richtig steckt.
Das Gewicht ist leicht und die Optik recht edel, vor allem der Griff.
Preis-Leistung stimmt, da 6 Module für unter 400 Euro mit genügend Strom betrieben werden können.

Después de mirar alternativas y leer muchas reseñas (tanto de este producto como de otras alternativas, más caras y más baratas), me decidí por este lunchbox. Según leí en internet, mejora a la versión 6 (la gente se quejaba de cierto ruido) y esta versión 6S ha cumplido mis expectativas al máximo.

Aún no he ocupado los 6 slots, sólo uso 3, pero ya tengo en mente otros equipos de la serie 500 para llenarlo. De momento, la alimentación es buena, y el funcionamiento preciso.

En la parte trasera hay bastantes opciones de enrutado, aunque yo voy a usar para el enrutamiento patchbays (tanto XLR como TRS).

Para la calidad que ofrece, el precio me parece adecuado, y si bien no soy experto y tengo un home-studio, creo que va a cumplir su misión perfectamente.

Sometimes just doing what is needed and doing it well is good enough. This product is built like a tank, there has never been a single moment where I don't fully trust it to work without any issues. That in of itself is a big deal at this price. The bad about this are what makes it good - routing is a bit too simple and does not support any complexity. Linking, and bus exist and works as should. Also no use from fredensteins proprietary sidechaining possibility. Aux inputs and Aux outs are useless on other brands - as fredenstein is using their own standard.

I'd still take this over the midas equivalent any day.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Bento 6
In dem Bereich für Preis Leistung unschlagbar.
Super flexibel. Tragegriff und Füsse kann alles abgeschraubt werrden und somit auch ein ästhetischer Nutzen im HIFI Rack oder auf der Ablage möglich und sieht auch schön aus. Mit Griff etc. natülrich auch super mobil.
Das intern liegende Netzteil macht einen guten Eindruck.
Einzige und wichtige Zusatzinfo, die mir aufgefallen ist:
Bei STEREO 500er Modulen muss mit Patchkabeln analog verkabelt werrden, da die integrierte Link Funktion "nur" zwischen 2 Kanälen, also MONO linkt.
Ich habe z.B. Elysia 500er Stereo Module und muss diese mit den Kabeln verbinden, weil sonst ein "fake" Stereo Signal mit der Link Funktion weitergegeben wird. Aber ist ja mit z.B. kurzen Sommer Kabeln (02m) easy machbar.
