Not bad for a soft case, would never use to replace a flight case
kpearce 04.12.2017
I bought this being the only guy in my band on IEM's thinking it would be small, lightweight and could store my packs & leads easily.

Being a soft case, it is very soft and offers some slight protection. However I would not trust it if anything fell onto it or if this was dropped in the wrong way. For example, the back of the transmitter where the antenna is attached has no protection on the bottom of the bag when it is zipped up.

I use the Sennheiser G3 and which I think warrant the correct protection due to the cost of the transmitter/receiver. This bag has very small pockets does not sufficiently store the things I would like to keep together (power cable, body pack, IEMs, batteries etc). So bare this in mind when purchasing.

After a few shows I went for a shallow flight case and rack drawer feeling this bag is not sufficient for my needs, or to protect what I would consider valuable gear.

ST
the best for the price.

I was about buying the hardshell case for my IEM, but then I realized that I have quite a number of other items that belong to the IEM and I'd have to carry another small bag with it to fit its belongings.
This bag despite not being a hard-case, it still is sturdy enough so I'm quite confident in saying it's road worthy. the foaming around the receiver and the lid is quite thick and stiff. I wouldn't be much worried about accidental falls, but I wouldn't let any cars run over it.
it has a good space in the back where it accommodates my transmitter, receiver, antenna, two 1m XLR cables for connecting to the mixer, a 6m headphone extension cord (just in case I want to go wired), AC adapter, my main in-ear headphones plus a spare one (because why not), an extra pack of four AA batteries (again because why not) and a few more small items. the only downside I can think of, is that it lacks a carry handle and can be carried only by the shoulder strap. I solved it by a short visit to a nearby cobbler shop where they also repair bags, and they added a handle to it for me, and now it's simply perfect.
it sits on our IEM rack and I connect the two extension cords and the AC adapter through the back zip and I'm ready in 30 seconds.

P
Handy bag for you in ears!
Paul4744 29.01.2015
Bought this as part of a bundle with the t.bone IEM 100 - 863 Mhz in ear monitoring system.
Have to say i was really pleased i went for it. Not only does it provide adequate protection for the receiver it also functions like a little padded rack bag for the unit. The zip fastened flap at the top unzips to give you space to attatch your antenna while the unit remains safe in the bag and also gives you access to the outputs on the back and dc input. This allows you to keep your unit safe and in pristine condition. Futhermore, on the inner part of the flap there is a storage pocket for your transmitter and for your headphones. There is a seperate case attatched via velcro to the inside of the case which holds your power supply. I find that the case gives me just enough room to store my leads as well! If you have an in ear system i would highly recommend this case.
It gives you the storage for all of your equipment while providing protection to your unit and a soft rack case all in one.
Good work Gator!

B
Excellent bag
Brian2969 21.06.2019
A brilliant case for an in-ears system.

The front flap velcro's down and the unit lives inside it, with the same at the back so you can access the front and rear of the unit to add cables, mains, aerial extension etc.

Pretty cushioned, has a bit of space to carry the pack in the case too.

Very pleased with this, rugged, good value and has a carrying handle too. The inside of the case is softly lines so will not mark the unit, and the stitching seems high quality too, so has put up with a decent amount of use so far.

Very practical

This bag is super. Great engineering. i have had it for 2 weeks. My in-ear system fits perfect. There is place for headphones, reserve plugs, receiver, reserve batteries. The only minor problem is that it don't have a handle. Only a strap. Hope the stitchery will last.

Perfect and lightweight
Greg_ 12.05.2019
Great space for such a small size, quality is excellent. My half rack size LD ear monitor system fits perfectly including transmitter, body pack receiver, adapter and my earphones. I even store my complete stompbox wireless bass sytsem within this case.

Soundguys love that the rear part opens easily so it's not necessary to take the transmitter out to use the output.

Definitely wirth buying.

Bought it for t.bone IEM 75. Fits perfectly, provides several additional compartments for virtually everything you might need to carry along. Smart and good quality bag.

Bought it for IEM100 InEar system. But the IEM100 is delievered in a nice case, whitch is better.
But the Gator is nice, so I will use it for some other purpose.
Thomann should tell that IEM100 is in a suitcase.

A
Best choice when you travel light
Anonymous 21.10.2015
This bag from Gator Cases is the best choice when you need something slim and you travel light together with your InEar System :). My PSM 900 fit perfectly except the antenna but I've unplugged it and put it near so I'm thinking that almost all InEar systems will be hosted just fine in this bag. It is also heavy-duty padded in interior so it offers just enough protection for the system and it is large enough to put together with the transmitter the earbuds, the receiver body pack, and power supply.

I think it is the best choice for the money when you need something light for InEar System
