This got sent to me as I wasn't happy with the current pickguard on my Gibson J-45. It looks great and the quality is OK. The problem with it is it's basically just an A4 piece of pickguard with stickers you're meant to cut out. I had 4 attempts and could never make it smooth. I would recommend to stay away from this and just buy a pre-cut pickguard.

Good & Simple

Good quality pickguard, exactly as described and easy to apply. I bought it for my Guild M120 mahogany acoustic guitar. It has a slightly smaller sound hole and this pickguard was perfect for it. It's quite thin but once on it looks great.

Great for custom pickguard
Bob . 09.03.2024
A sharp pair of sturdy scissors and a steady hand will be required to produce a 'custom' pickguard from this quality material sheet. Finishing off the edges with a very fine emery paper will add to the finished item.
The 'tortoiseshell' sheet, once the protective front film and rear backing sheet is removed, is nicely translucent, letting the grain of the guitar top show through it (although probably not suitable for very dark coloured guitars - as the nice pattern, within the sheet, would not be seen).
